How To Manage Your Time Effectively

Welcome back! I hope you are doing well! I certainly am! Today I am going to tell you how to manage your time effectively so that you can be more productive. Let’s go!

Use a planner.  You know, it’s whatever works for you really. I personally like to have an actual planner in my hands, but if you want to use an app or something, that’s good too! Using a planner is a good idea because you can see what you need to do and it is all laid out in front of you.

Write a to-do list.  This is sort of similar to using a planner, but it’s also very different. With a to-do list, you can write down everything you want to accomplish that day, and then prioritize it. Once you have done that, you will know what you need to do first because it is the most important, instead of doing other tasks that really can wait.

Don’t get distracted.  Turn off your phone! Shut the laptop! Focus on what needs to be done, and then you can reward yourself with a break. If you need to use electronics for the task, I believe there are some apps you can get to block certain websites that distract you for a little while so that you can get things done.

Bullet journal. This is a form of using a planner that you make yourself. It is really nice for organization and productivity because it helps you make sure you get everything done. I have yet to try this out myself, but I would really like to. Here is the website from the man who created the system himself.

  1. Thank you for such good ideas. I have been thinking about using a paper planner since the appointments I list on my iPhone sometimes disappear mysteriously. User
